- 1 small or medium banana, frozen
- ½ cup pear
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cilantro stem (including leaves)
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- 1/2 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon (optional)
- 1-2 teaspoon organic wheatgrass powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth. Enjoy!😃
