Raw Vegan Chai Spice Brownies

I love chai tea, I love a healthy sweet treat, and of you can put them together nothing like it. 
This one is delicious and decadent. You only need a little piece to satisfy that sweet tooth. Eat responsibly. They can be addicting. 

No butter
No sugar
No eggs
No milk
No COOKING!
Just fruits, nuts, nectar and LOTS OF LOVE💜



Serving Size : 10-12 brownies

Ingredients: 

  • 3 - 4 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 cups dried/fresh dates

  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar / Honey

  • 5 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 3 chai tea bags, cut them open (I love Numi Golden Chai)

  • 2 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)


Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients minus nuts

  2. Add the chopped nuts and work the dough by hand.

  3. Transfer dough into small baking tray

  4. Press down with cling film until desired thickness of brownie is achieved. (I like mine thick!)

  5. Set in fridge for minimum 30 minutes

  6. Slice and serve! Dust with cocoa powder
